I'm working on a service that helps companies managing feedback from users. What is the best way to find the first customers? Should I start on direct mails in Linkedin, or with registration in catalogs (G2, what else)?
Do you have any friends or anyone in your network that you can start out with? I would start by coming through your LinkedIn network first and see if there is anyone there. That'll help speed up the process initially since there is "trust" up front.
Probably it can work, thank you!
You probably have a bunch of potential customers on here who need to optimise user feedback.
Hi Lex, I have a question for you.
I am working on a piece of software that already has plenty of competition out there. Managing user feedback is also a problem currently being solved by other people. How do you approach the topic of competition? How will you make your product stand out?
I'm trying to focus on the weak sides of competitors also as building a better product.
Use lead gen tools to target your audience.
I use Ampliz Sales Buddy, which works well for me.
Which companies need help managing feedback from users?
Which person at that company is responsible for it?
Why do they need help managing feedback from users?
What is the downside of how they currently do it, and how will their life be better after using your product?
I understand that I need to target product managers and founders. The main question is how to reach them among a lot of noise in tons of messages.
