Another option is to do the manual work and ask everyone individually what they were experiencing!

Hi Cristian, nice product - I wil have a closer look at it, since I am reviewing different page builders at the moment. First impression: I don't think it's an UX issue, but: to find out more about pazly you HAVE to start building, since there is very little information about the product on the page (what components are available? what customization options do I have? Integrations with other services? etc.). It can be a clear strategy to make users start using the product, but then abandoning the process is part of the story.
Still, some recommendations:

• add a title to the components (or at least a mouse over title or tool tip) - helps to guide people about the search
• I did not manage to get back to project information as soon as I started building a page
• Project information cannot be edited - the infotext that it's disabled in the free version is out of the visible area (and: I thought there is no paid version at the moment?)
