Hi friends! I'm building Pazly ( https://pazly.dev/ ) - a free no code tool for building landing pages. Lately I've been observing a user pattern that made me question the UX quality of the tool: I see many users trying it out, starting to build and then abandon their process.
Could you maybe help with a UX review? What is the major difficulty right now, that stops you from building a complete landing page?
Have you tried dog fooding it?
Seeing what the difficulties are for yourself.
Another option is to do the manual work and ask everyone individually what they were experiencing!
Hope that helps
Hi Cristian, nice product - I wil have a closer look at it, since I am reviewing different page builders at the moment. First impression: I don't think it's an UX issue, but: to find out more about pazly you HAVE to start building, since there is very little information about the product on the page (what components are available? what customization options do I have? Integrations with other services? etc.). It can be a clear strategy to make users start using the product, but then abandoning the process is part of the story.
Still, some recommendations:
Thank you very much @Hufi ! This is super valuable feedback.
I will make some changes based on your suggestions. Thanks a lot!
To quickly clarify your pricing question: Pazly will always have a free version. I am aiming for a payed version with more features, but this depends on getting the messaging and UX right :) Maybe I should remove non functional elements and replace them with small explanations/guides.
