    Oh this one is so good. Making lifestyle changes around sleep and waking up has been very impactful for me. Best purchase: Philips Hue lights that allow me to program a healthy circadian rhythm by darkening early and switching off completely when it’s time to go to bed so I don’t forget when I’m down a late-night rabbit hole online.
