The problem I'm solving:

→ Counselor gets instant Telegram alert

Current status:
→ 100+ cold outreach messages sent
→ 2 warm leads in pilot conversations
→ Loom demo: 25+ views
→ Just packaged the core flow as
a $29 Make.com blueprint
What I've learned:
The best leads are institutes actively
hiring Admission Counselors on Naukri.
They literally describe your product
in their job posting.
