institutes in India.
The problem I'm solving:

What I built:
→ Student fills enquiry form
→ GPT-4o scores intent/budget/urgency
→ Counselor gets instant Telegram alert
→ Automated 21-day follow-up sequence
Tech stack:
Make.com + OpenAI API + Typeform +
Telegram Bot API
Current status:
→ 100+ cold outreach messages sent
→ 2 warm leads in pilot conversations
→ Loom demo: 25+ views
→ Just packaged the core flow as
a $29 Make.com blueprint
What I've learned:
The best leads are institutes actively
hiring Admission Counselors on Naukri.
They literally describe your product
in their job posting.
