I’ve been working on QUFO, a B2B SaaS for small service and production businesses that need a simpler way to manage their workflow from the first quotation to the final payment.
The idea came from seeing how businesses often manage quotations, customer approvals, jobs, payments, and updates across spreadsheets, chat messages, and separate tools. It works, but as the number of customers and jobs grows, it becomes harder to keep everything organized.
QUFO connects that workflow into one place:
Quotation → Customer Approval → Job → Production Updates → Payment → Completion
Customers can review quotations through a secure link, approve, decline, or request changes. Approved quotations can then be converted into jobs, and customers can track production progress through their own tracking link.
Recently, feedback also led me to add optional images and warranties per quotation item, which now carry through to the quotation PDF, approved job, and customer tracking page.
I’m still early and currently focused on polishing the product and learning from real business workflows rather than adding features just for the sake of having more features.
QUFO is live at qufo.im.
I’d especially love feedback from other founders:
That’s a great point. I originally thought of the tracking side mostly as a customer convenience, but reducing repetitive follow-ups for the business may actually be the stronger value. That’s definitely something I want to validate with early users. Thanks for the insight!
Exactly. “Customer convenience” is useful, but “less follow-up work for the business” is much easier to connect to time saved and operational efficiency. I think that’s a stronger angle to validate with early users. Appreciate you helping me think through the positioning.
