I stopped asking, “What should I build?” and started asking, “What should disappear?”

That question changed how I approach startups.

Instead of adding features, I now ask:

  • Which manual step should vanish

  • Which decision shouldn’t exist

  • Which screen doesn’t need to be there

The best products don’t feel powerful.
They feel inevitable.

This mindset comes from working on automation-heavy systems where the goal isn’t engagement, but the removal of effort. We apply this thinking while designing AI and SaaS systems at Qwegle.
