Please note that your youtube video is called "One Shot AI" instead of "OneTake AI" (different word: "Take" not "shot", and OneTake is a single word).
We're starting to get search traffic on YouTube (after a very successful US launch through AppSumo) so you might want to rename the video to grab some of that SEO juice :-)

I've spent a while working just on the product, while tinkering with instagram ads, but while doing so my conversation rate per GA dropped from 20-30% to 5%.
I've also been experimenting with ads that link directly to the site, vs linking to the instagram profile, which I assume explains part of the difference (if they make it to the instagram profile AND click the site link there, they're probably going to sign up). But I still don't think my total conversions should have been dropping (maybe I'm wrong there).
I really need to dig into my landing page asap, but struggle to balance it with product work.
