      I wouldn't say that there is a catch but if there's one, it would be:

      • I will set up your company to take advantage of the agile growth framework with specific KPI's and OKR's.
      • Then, if you want to hire me as your Growth professional for $400/mo. for the first 4 months, you can.
      • If not, you have an agile growth framework that gives you clarity over where you can start growing your company.

      So, in other words, you just want to position your company to grow faster but you don't want to hire me, you can (even if you don't want to).
