I'm 17 and drowning in dashboards taught me founders don't have an execution problem - they have a clarity problem

I'm 17. I scaled an e-commerce store to #1 on Google Shopping in Sweden at 14 - and the whole time I was drowning in dashboards.

Shopify showed me what happened. Meta showed me what I spent. Stripe showed me revenue. Every tool gave me data, and not one of them told me what to actually do on Monday morning.

It's become normal to run a company without ever really having control of it. Ten tabs open, five dashboards, still guessing what actually moves the needle.

So I built Gero OS - a navigation system for founders. It connects your tools, sees where your pipeline leaks and which KPIs are slipping, and tells you the one thing to do next. Then it turns your strategy into real projects with a clear next action, instead of a plan that dies in a Notion doc.

Think Google Maps for building your company. It doesn't drive for you - it just kills the uncertainty about the route.

Integrations are live and I'm in early beta. Right now I'm not chasing signups, I'm chasing proof: founders who can say "Gero told me to do X, I did it, and the number moved."

If you run SaaS or e-commerce - what's the one thing you wish a tool would just tell you to do each morning?
