Since you built this from your own freelance workflow, what was actually costing you the most before ClientDock — waiting on missing assets, keeping track of what had arrived, or the back-and-forth with the client?
Honestly, it was the back-and-forth. I'd ask a client for logos or copy, they'd forget, I'd follow up three times, still unclear what arrived. I built ClientDock so clients get one clear link to upload everything no more chasing, no more guessing what's still missing.
That makes sense. The fact that the real cost was the chasing rather than the asset collection itself is what caught my attention.
