Image Harvest — why I shipped a Chrome extension at $9.9 one-time instead of $4/mo subscription (and the breakeven math that decided it)

Image Harvest is a Chrome extension that does deep image extraction from any webpage — including the 60-80% of images that "save all" tools miss because they're inside Shadow DOM widgets, CSS background-images, or lazy-loaded sources. Free up to 50 images/session, $9.9 one-time for unlimited + perceptual deduplication.

Built it because I do visual research as part of work and was spending 3-4 hours a week downloading reference images. Existing tools all silently failed on the same edge cases.
