When we shared our first version here,
Frankly we were clueless where this will head towards. Each time, when we see big tech companies Layoffs, I ping my founder and said "We got to do something. lets expand our database".
We don't want to be yet another generic or remote job board with dump of jobs.
We focussed on quality of companies and only white collar jobs in major IT hubs in India.
More importantly "No expired jobs". Any job indexed will get expired in 45 days.
Many job boards are listing useless 3 months old jobs just for SEO purpose.
Filtering is one core feature of our platform. We want to provide all capabilities for our users to narrow down their next job role.
Advanced core filtering includes City , Country role, experience, Posted At "last 24 hours, last 7 days", Skills etc.
500+ companies, 10k jobs across India and US.
India and US are heavily linked in terms of tech job market. So covering US jobs as secondary vertical in our platform.
Both AEO and SEO started to kick in. Now bringing 3k visitors/month just in 2 months of launching
Happy to hear your feedbacks and inputs!
Will be sharing more learning continuously here!

The India-first focus seems to have given you a pretty clear identity.
Curious whether adding US jobs is strengthening that positioning, or starting to pull the product toward a broader job-search engine.
