Interactive transcription of podcast gone?

Why is the interactive transcription of the podcast gone?

For example compare [1] and [2]:

I really like the interactive transcript of [1] (it requires clicking on the small comment icon).
I noticed that new podcasts don't have the transcript, while the older ones have it.

@csallen : can you bring it back please?
