I have developed 3 BtoB applications offered as a SaaS subscription model based on my experience running my own businesses for 10 years and my consulting experience of the past 7 years.

The software consist of performance management, problem solving and action planning applications. The applications are complimentary in that a focus on proper performance management always exposes problems in under-performing teams that need to be solved and then identified solutions need to be implemented by taking action.

The performance management application is in beta testing and the other two are fully functional.

My planned business model is based on partnering with an international network of consultants who will implement the software as part of there consulting services to their clients, creating an annuity income stream and the opportunity for ongoing consulting work.

I am looking for a co-founder/strategic partner to deal with marketing/sales which will enable me to focus on the technology side and expand the range of applications offered.
