Is product demo/workflow video a good way to validate an idea?
I'm just starting out as a Indiehacker and I'm trying to validate my idea. I'm considering putting together a demo or a video showing how the product works on the landing page. Would that be a good way to validate the idea?
I did this for my MVP and the results have been poor thus far. However, I think I've been targeting the wrong people. Pivoted this week to a new persona and already got two new users.

But these are for creating a demo of an existing product. Have you ever tried creating a demo of the workflow just to validate the idea before actually building the product?
I believe Figma lets you do this. I have not done this before but I used to work at a startup that conducted user research using this method.
