π Hey guys,
I'm just curious to know how people are using (or thinking of) retargeting as marketing strategy?
β
Do you think retargeting is effective to turn visitors into customers?
β
What about retargeting on Facebook?
β
How do you implement a traffic campaign to collect the first visitors to retarget them later?
How you attract visitors to your site and grow awareness for your product, service, etc. is dependent on what it is that your selling or offering.
The main question you have to ask yourself is where are your prospective customers. Where do they spend their time on line? Do they have a common interest or behavior that you could target?
Generically speaking, the main ways businesses raise awareness for the product/service are:
I'm sure there are many I am missing, and there are many non-traditional marketing approaches that people find too.
It's pretty overwhelming, but if you do just one (1) thing every day to help grow awareness for your product/service, after just one year, you'll have done 365 things, and will have figured out what works and what doesn't.
Thanks for your great advice, Mike.
Happy to help :)
Retargeting is a must in any campaign! One of the most important factors for retargeting is recency. The sooner you retarget someone, the more results you will get.
You should ask @NxAlessandro - he is the Lord of retargeting!
When used properly, retargeting has a great ROI. You're going after people who already know about you and your business so usually convert better than a cold audience.
FB is particularly good because you can also retarget people who watched more than a certain percentage of your videos!
