Is SaaS for social listening / crypto / blockchain companies worth doing?

Update: the link below no longer works - we decided to suspend this product so we can save some server cost and focus on something else, until blockchain businesses start to generate revenue.

We made a social / community listening + monitoring + analysis product for blockchain communities in Q3-Q4 last year. We had some customers, but we were nowhere close getting amazing tractions. We are trying to come up with a decision of whether it is worth the efforts continuing to develop, or maintain this product.

I am curious:

• If you are a SaaS founder in blockchain space, how is your traction and what do you think of the outlook of the space?
• If you are a SaaS founder for social listening / chat analysis, which vertical do you see the opportunities are? Have you considered building something for cryptocurrency / blockchain use cases, why did you / didn't you build it?
