Is the Indie Hackers Slack group still a thing?
Found this post from a few years ago but the creator's email address bounces. Is anyone a member of this Slack group? Is it still active? https://www.indiehackers.com/forum/anybody-want-to-join-a-solo-founders-slack-group--KbuRmt5oqIB2hjYBWQT
I don't know about the Indie Hacker Slack group, but I know that there are a bunch of communities that do have a Slack group.
I joined MegaMaker a few months ago and would definitely recommend it - by far my best decision of 2018: https://megamaker.co/
Justin (@mijustin) runs and moderates it and the community is very active and supportive.
Oh, of course! Do you know how much it is, out of curiosity? Price doesn't seem to be on the landing page.
You will need to ask @mijustin for that.
I believe the pricing is not on the site since Justin is working on figuring out the right approach to pricing. I paid ~$300 to join it but I won't be surprised if Justin has changed how he is pricing it (and is adding even more content based on the groups feedback beyond just slack).
Yup! Price is the same:
You get lifetime access for $299. 👌
He's one of the "charge more" school. If you're price sensitive, you're probably not part of his target market.
I was just wondering what the price was as I learn about options, that's all.
That would be awesome if it was a thing! - Indie Slackers, anyone?
Love the name :) I just created a Slack group with that name, I hope you don't mind it. You can join here if you'd like:

Nice! I'm excited to be a part of it (and I was secretely hoping the name would be used)!
Well done! :)
I think a bunch of people are hanging out in Maker's Kitchen - https://makerskitchen.xyz/
I've joined a ton of indie maker groups, slack and online communities over the years. The most active, helpful, and beneficial group i've joined that is still alive and well is https://megamaker.co for sure. It has especially gotten even more awesome over the past year. 🤘
We've got one for Indie Hackers in London...

Might be worth seeing if there's one in your city.
hoping for a yes, I could definitely get behind that
If anyone's interested, I created a Slack group. You can sign up here:

I stole the name from @peytongoen, I hope he doesn't mind it :)
