Today I've tried reddit.
We've taken emails from startup shoutout thread on r/startups subreddit.
We've failed to collect useful info other than email address so it lacks personalization, but I try to make it as friendly as I can.

The hardest part of building in public isn’t shipping.
I'm scared of cold emailing because even that can get your domain marked as a spam provider if just a few people report it as such. I was doing it before but now I'm not.
If you're going to cold email, I recommend email warming to keep your domain in good standing.

but I believe as always, you can rather make an art out of it, or just keep the bar low and go with Spam
