Kolank is an AI agents for freight brokers (email + chat and phone ops automation)

Freight brokers don’t lose time on “big projects.” They lose it on endless operational communication: ETA/status updates, check calls, document requests (POD/BOL/rate cons), after hours fires, and nonstop follow ups spread across email +phone + chat threads.

Kolank is an AI agent layer built specifically for brokerage workflows. It’s designed to run the repeatable communication loops across channels (email + Google chat + Telegram + Whatsapp + phone ), keep context, handle document requests, and escalate exceptions to humans instead of making humans do everything.

We are launching to get early feedback from builders/operators:

  • What’s the one workflow you’d automate first if you ran a brokerage?

  • What would you need to trust an agent with customer/carrier comms?

If you’re curious, here’s the site: kolank.ai

If you comment with your role (broker/dispatcher/ops/dev) and your biggest pain point, I’ll tailor a short demo flow around it.

When this fails, where does it fail first?

Is it incorrect context, timing issues, or agents taking an action that was technically valid but operationally wrong?

I’m trying to understand what class of mistakes you’ve decided must always escalate to a human versus ones you’re comfortable letting the agent retry or resolve.

I’m coming more from a dev / tech side.

Biggest pain I’ve seen in logistics ops is repeated status and document chasing across multiple channels.

Curious how your agent maintains context when the same shipment is discussed over email and phone.

Hmm... reading this as an outsider (not a broker), the biggest thing that would make me trust an agent like this is clarity around control.

The workflows and examples on the site make the automation feel solid, but what really builds trust for me is knowing exactly where the agent stops and a human steps in, especially during edge cases, delays, or sensitive customer moments.

Clear guardrails + escalation moments would be the trust unlock for me.

Quick follow-up: if you’re a broker/dispatcher/customer service how do you handle status updates today (TMS, email threads, phone/SMS, WhatsApp/Telegram), and what’s the biggest bottleneck: getting fresh location/ETA, carrier responsiveness, or after hours coverage?
