Here is the landing page: Lounar.com
Lounar provides bi-directional forwarding of your customers' messages between slack and the communication platform of choice.
Emails, Slack chats, or mobile text messages can be forwarded to any #channel. All responses in the Slack thread are seamlessly sent back to the source.
If you find it useful to your startup/team I would be 2X happier 🙃
Focus on the benefits — not the features.
For example: Why do people want to "Interact with your customers in Slack."?
Does it make selling easier? Does it help them stay on top of their support tickets?
Whatever the answer is, make THAT the focus.
3 days ago I posted a video on LinkedIn explaining how to turn features into benefits: https://tinyurl.com/4sjs75x2
That should help you out a little bit, but I highly suggest you overall sharpen up your copywriting skills.
A few suggestions...
All the best!
Nice product. Looking forward to auto-classification of forwarded mails to desired slack workspaces.
Thanks for feedback. Can you tell more? Can you email me at op@lounar.com
Sure. I would email you explaining my suggestion regarding the product.
Nice. I know it's early stage but a few small tweaks might make a difference:
Lead with the benefits of interacting with customers in Slack. One phrase here that resonates with your target users
More compelling and consistent CTA. Sign up or get started? Sign up for free?
The use case section feels empty and uncompelling. Some graphics and sharper benefits text would go a long way.
A short product demo video would work wonders
I don't want to knock design, but an off-the-shelf webflow template containing tweaked content would probably convince visitors a little more. Maybe too early, of course.
Best of luck!
Not bad! I think you could improve the subheading.
Lounar provides bi-directional forwarding of your customers' messages between slack and the communication platform of choice.
I'm not sure what this means, personally. I mean, I guess I do but it sounds like it's trying to be "fancier" for no reason. Is it chat? Something like: "Chat with customers in Slack" is far simpler and you know exactly what it means.
Aside from that, check your spacing on different screen sizes. The text was all off for me on my 15in Mac (it sat on the edges)
Thank you! 🙏
I would love to see more pictures and visual examples of the product.
And the most important thing is to dig more into the pain points your problem solves. Why do I need your Slack bot? What pain points does it help me solve?
Lastly, focus on what's unique about your product. You did it a little already, but do it more 🙌
Thanks, appreciate it!
If you have no experience designing websites yourself, I would strongly recommend using a pre-built website template. Although there's nothing wrong with your existing design, a more professional one will give your potential users more confidence to start using your product.
A couple good choices I would recommend are https://startuplanding.redq.io/ (free) or https://tailwindui.com/ (paid but totally worth it IMO).
If you're using a tool like WordPress for your marketing website, there's tons of good options in their marketplace too.
The text is getting cutoff for me. I would check your LP on multiple screen sizes to make sure it's working properly.
I see "Read Integration Gu"
