Landing page Newsletter for Content Creators

Hi, my new homepage is live.

https://freshvanroot.com

3 goals in mind:

  • Generate sign-ups for my newsletter (primary CTA)
  • Make people aware of blog section (secondary CTA)
  • Promote agency services (third)

What convinces you to subscribe to a newsletter?
Testimonials, seeing a previous edition, etc.?
How should I improve copy/design from here? Any tips welcome!

    Just a few notes:

    • You don't have a CTA above the fold. If newsletter signups are the primary call to action then that link should be evident as soon as I view the page.
    • There's a lot to read on this page, and most of it is unecessary. I recommend a review by a good copywriter to strengthen a few statements and eliminate the unecssary words/prhases. A quick example is your heading titles. Blog Overview and Newsletter Pitch should just be Blog and Newsletter.
-You've approached each of your three goals before getting to the final "Contact" section, which makes it very unclear what this section is intended to attract. You've also given the viewer two options to contact you, which is splitting the CTA and adding confusion. Pick email or form and eliminate the other.

    Hey Rolf!

I just recorded a quick video for you with my first reactions of your landing page. Hope it didn't get too long, I definitely had a lot of ideas coming up!

TLDR: Concentrate on a single CTA, and make sure you nail it. Move to the two others from that point.

I subscribe to newsletters that seem useful to me.
    Yes you should add testimonials
Yes you should add links to previous editions (and state what was so great about them) A few samples does great. Not just a link to "archives"

Just say what's in the newsletter. The word "content" is useless here.
