Launched Beta, generated rev, 40% raised looking for partner

Hi All, I'm a non-technical founder.

I recently launched my Beta (B2B SaaS Martech), generated some revenue and now am in the middle of raising my pre-seed round from angels (approx. 40% committed).

There's only so much stackoverflow can do for me and now that we're starting to see some traction I'm looking to bring on a founder to help with the workload primarily from a technical standpoint.

Since raising, I contracted some development out, and although I like the work being done the cost and lead times just don't work for the long-term.
