I finally shipped the MVP of Teemzo — a dead simple 360 review tool for small teams and startups who don’t want to spend lots of time and money configuring complex HR software.
This idea started when I had to run mid-year reviews for my team and ended up duct-taping together Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs. It sucked. So I built what I wished I had back then.
Easy pre-made simple questions to get self assessments, peer reviews, and manager assessments
Easy interface for manager to read self reviews and peers
AI feature that makes it easy to summarize everyone's feedback in a condensed way and for the manager to edit the results of the review
Takes < 30 minutes for a manager to run a full 360 review
Goal: 20 completed reviews and 5 paying users by the end of June.
Would love feedback on:
Is the landing page clear?
Would you use this if you ran a team?
Any tips on where to find early users?
Appreciate any thoughts or insights. Still trying to do early testing and acquire early users. It has a price, but it's currently free and open for anyone to test out.
