Looking for a community manager
I'm building a go-to place for people looking for climate jobs . As one of the pieces of a bigger project (I already have a job board with a few thousand offers), I want to build a community. While I can work on the B2B model, I have no idea how to start a community.
My background: software engineer with 10+ years of experience. I was a CTO and VP of Engineering positions at startups, an Engineering Manager at scale-up, and worked at a few software houses. Besides working on the software, I love talking with clients and validating business ideas. I need someone with community-building and marketing skills.
