We (@anumitha and I) created MemberScroll; it's a member management app for small independent gyms, yoga classes and any small organization that needs to track their members.
@anumitha designs, I code, and we are actively trying to get users for the app. Right now, we have one super passionate user managing over 750 members with the app; he is our gym trainer. We are looking to find users similar to him.
There are already a lot of apps to track gym members, so you must wonder why we created this? To that, here's the answer :)
We are new to selling; our existing plans came from the research we have done so far. You'll help us with our current plans (and alter them if needed), adjust pricing, come up with ideas and overall handle growth/marketing.
You'll get 1/3rd of the profits, and we'll cover the cost of ads. Our hosting price right now is ~$5 per month, which is our only expense, so our margin will easily be more than 97%.

hey guys, this is a great idea but I don't recommend starting out with paid ads. In fact, I would start on the exact opposite end of the spectrum and do things that don't scale until you figure out what this thing is a little more. I would call every individually-operated gym near the one your gym owner is currently at, ask to talk to the manager/owner, and explain why it'll make their life easier. Tell them that you already have "X Gym" onboarded for social proof, give them a discount or a free trial, make the conversion easy for them. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the tip, @devansood! We are already reaching out to nearby gyms and offering free trails. Not going to get started with ads immediately, but we do have that in mind once we polish the landing page.
Our main reasons for trying out ads are:
Our primary goal is to stay as lean as possible. So whatever we spend is to experiment. If it works out, do more of it else, be patient and wait for the organic results to kick in. Either way, we'll keep doing cold calls/emails. Hope this clarifies! Thanks again :)
Hi! I like the idea, Iβd be open to a conversation (I have a marketing background).
Hey Arun ,
This sounds interesting, fingers crossed for you, guys. I'm running a growth agency and we're happy to help you, however the model of reward should be different in that case. If you're interested, I'll be happy to talk about that option. If not (and I totally understand it), then I wish you the best luck and at least paste an article I've written few weeks ago on the topic of "How to Find a Great Marketing Co-Founder", check it out here: https://spacetime.ooo/how-to-find-a-great-marketing-co-founder/
Hi We are a development agency, nothing to do with marketing but just came across a post about outbounding , cold email and he was able to make 3000 $per day

Hope it helps
I would also love to help!
Currently, I am a UX designer but, I had worked for almost 2 years in the experimentation and A/B testing field as a Growth designer.
So, as of now, I can help you increase the conversion rate of the website by fixing copy and using other psychology practices!
I hope you find someone, seems like a great product. While you're looking in the meantime, I can provide some growth strategy and channel ideas: https://growyourco.io
