I like the simplicity and brevity there. It's very up to a point.

Now I am wondering if the content of the newsletter is as high quality as the expectations. Maybe you could link to an example letter?

Thanks! The first issue is coming out tomorrow, so I'll post a link to the past issues on the website then :)

Nice choice on the bold orange - it helps direct the eyes to the important bits straight away. Some initial observations:

I'd change the heading to be directed at the reader with "your" rather than "their":
"Indie Hackers: level-up your business with five curated articles every week". You get the gist :)

Is there any reason you have a link to the subscription form on the homepage, rather than just including the form itself? Seems like an extra hurdle to grab that signup.

I'd add an example newsletter so people know what they're getting (I stole this pointer from the feedback on my post here: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/gymsushi-a-bite-sized-newsletter-about-fitness-nutrition-4b5987c799).

    Nice job!

Hey there! Nice call-outs all around.

      1. I'll probably change the headline to use "your" - was having trouble phrasing it before.
      2. Substack doesn't provide an API to add emails unfortunately. They do have an embeddable signup box but it shows the title of the newsletter (which is extraneous information) and doesn't look fantastic. Perhaps there's some way I can hack around that
      3. I'll definitely add a link for people to check out past issues once I send out my first one this Friday :)

      Thank you for the feedback!
