I built DueCRM because I kept seeing how easily sales opportunities can slip through the cracks when a CRM becomes too complicated.
A lot of CRMs make you fill out dozens of fields, manage spreadsheets, update pipelines, and do a bunch of stuff that has little to do with the thing you actually need to do: follow up with people.
So I wanted to build something much simpler, around one question: Who do I need to follow up with today? That’s basically what DueCRM is about. It gives solo founders and mobile sales reps a focused dashboard, a simple morning digest, and things like voice notes so you can quickly log a call without typing everything out.
The goal isn’t to build another CRM packed with every possible feature. I just want DueCRM to help you remember the right people, follow up on time, and keep your deals moving without all the usual CRM overhead.
Yes, they are. The main reason deals slip away is not a lack of interest, it is just friction and forgetfulness. With our morning digest and today queue, users do not have to think about who to contact next. It removes the mental friction of sales. We are still in the early stages, but the feedback from small teams so far is that they feel much more honest with their care scores because the app makes logging a quick voice note after a call so effortless.
Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
