Hello world!
I'm struggling with the email box arrangements. Please help to find the best available solution! 📪📧📮
For a long time I have had a corporate google account for one domain and aliases for the other domains. Imagine you run multiple domains and not every domain is active, but you want to send/receive emails from a personal mailbox.
— Gmail looks like this: main@domain1.com + alias@domain2.com @6$/m
Note: Alias domain must be verified by google + google global APP password must be generated to use google smtp server on that domain.
You need to add "customer support" to your team, working with domain2 and domain3 customers. Domain1 user would like to answer those emails also.
— Old setup with extras: main@domain1.com + alias@domain2.com + alias@domain3.com + how to check support boxes?
— Support person personal box: imaginary_mike@domain1.com
— Support must have: newbox@domain2.com + newbox@domain3.com
— Infobox needed: info@domain2.com + info@domain3.com

yup, looking for a good option for this, currently forwarding emails, but and using gmail account with aliases, but not a good solution.
Hey there!
Try yandex mail - https://360.yandex.ru/business/
They have free version and you can do pretty much everything you mentioned
Great, thanks Arstan for the tip. Problem is that I don't support the oligarchy regime and the companies behind it. They enslaved our fathers and keep doing it to us.
I would love to test something outside Google as well, google just recently agreed to move their servers under Russian gov surveillance in the benefit of their profits.
