Small win yesterday. I have LopieChat running on my main consulting website and I added a simple nudge on the partner page that says something like let me know if you want help implementing any of this. I figured it would fire once in a while but I was not expecting anything from it.
Someone landed on the partner page, stayed there for around twenty seconds, the nudge triggered, they asked a couple of questions, and I let the bot handle most of it. When they asked about timelines, I took over from the dashboard and finished the conversation myself. They booked a meeting, which led to a paid engagement.
I knew the feature was useful, but seeing it actually create revenue for my own business was a cool moment. Sharing here since I know many of us are trying to get those early signals that what we are building works. If anyone else is experimenting with timed nudges or human takeover, I would love to hear how it is going for you.
