Quick build update. Over the last stretch I shipped a bunch of features that turned LopieChat from a simple website bot into something that feels like a real sales and support layer for small teams. Smart nudges now let the bot start conversations based on what page someone is on and how long they have been there. Live visitor tracking shows who is on the site right now and where they are browsing. Human takeover lets you jump in instantly and the AI shuts up until you hand it control again.

I also added shared knowledge bases so multiple bots can pull from the same source, plus Apify based website importing so bots can train on real product and FAQ content without manual copy paste. Users can choose between GPT 5 for deeper conversations on paid plans or Llama 3.1 when they want speed (the only option for the free tier). Domain whitelisting is in to stop unauthorized embeds, email notifications fire when leads are captured, and filtering plus real time analytics make it easy to see what is working.

The product is starting to feel less like a chatbot and more like a conversion system you can drop onto any site. I am still early and adjusting based on real usage, so if you have thoughts on what is essential versus bloat I would love to hear it.

Small win yesterday. I have LopieChat running on my main consulting website and I added a simple nudge on the partner page that says something like let me know if you want help implementing any of this. I figured it would fire once in a while but I was not expecting anything from it.

Someone landed on the partner page, stayed there for around twenty seconds, the nudge triggered, they asked a couple of questions, and I let the bot handle most of it. When they asked about timelines, I took over from the dashboard and finished the conversation myself. They booked a meeting, which led to a paid engagement.

I knew the feature was useful, but seeing it actually create revenue for my own business was a cool moment. Sharing here since I know many of us are trying to get those early signals that what we are building works.
