Notion and Linear wait for you to ask. What if your tools told you where your pipeline is leaking before you noticed?

Here's a pattern I keep seeing: a founder's pipeline starts leaking - checkout breaks, a campaign tanks CVR, onboarding drops off - and they don't notice for days. Not because they're careless, but because the signal is buried across four tools and nobody's watching all of them at once.

By the time you see it in the monthly numbers, you've already bled.

What I'm trying to build is a tool that watches the funnel continuously and surfaces the leak the moment it happens, with the likely cause attached: "checkout → paid dropped 68%, mobile CVR halved right after the theme change."

The hard part isn't detecting a drop. It's avoiding false alarms — telling a real leak apart from normal daily noise so the founder trusts it.

For anyone who's built alerting or anomaly detection: how do you keep it from crying wolf? That's the problem I'm wrestling with right now.
