Open sourced website code

The first step of open-sourcing FailWarn is done. Please see the website code in the FailWarn organization: https://github.com/failwarn

I plan to release the rest of the app source code under MIT and AGPL because I believe:

• people may see the source code, and eventually help improve it. This will steadily grow the community

• use it as free and self-host or use cloud-based SaaS

It is a win-win.
