FailWarn
JavaScript Error Tracking Service
The first step of open-sourcing FailWarn is done. Please see the website code in the FailWarn organization: https://github.com/failwarn
I plan to release the rest of the app source code under MIT and AGPL because I believe:
people may see the source code, and eventually help improve it. This will steadily grow the community
use it as free and self-host or use cloud-based SaaS
It is a win-win.
FailWarn helps people monitor and fix their web applications, e-commerce services, or anything using JavaScript in the browser.
Reasons why I started this project:
✅ I have always worked in web app and API ecosystems, I enjoy helping people find and fix bugs. FailWarn allows doing it on a scale.
✅ Technical challenge: building such an application is not an easy task. But I have experience and I like how challenging it is.
✅ I love building my product
