Hey! @Jordan971 shot a video that explains our business model that is quite unique and can inspire many of indihackers in my opinion.

In a world full of monoculture businesses, we made the choice of permaculture approach.

We love to see our organisation as a part of an organic ecosystem.

At the center of everything: creativity, co-creation & fast execution. It's what we do naturally and requires us the least amount of energy with the biggest impact.

From our own products to intense client sprints or even workshops, we articulate this value creation through 6 channels of revenue. These are all opportunities for you to grab and apply to your own needs.

Check out the video that explains each of the 6 revenue pillars.

p.s. let me know what do you think of it and what's you business model!

How did you come up with the permaculture model?

    1. 1

I believe @Jordan971 can elaborate on that much better than me, but we are trying to turn many things we do into assets. That way many things start to work for us instead of being a rock on our back.

It's also a lot about listening to ourselves as well as being inspired in the world (both business and nature).

Like we love to create things. We have many ideas. We executed a lot of them and we learned many things by executing them. But we also tend to jump in between many things a switch from one to another rather quickly.

But we decided to turn that into our strength.

We are creative, we can supplement that creativity to other companies and help them deliver edgy ideas (Sprints).
As we are in touch with these companies, we might also supplement them with our mindset on monthly basis, not only delivery-focused sprints (Concierge)
We also turn the creativity into our own products (Tiny and SaaS)
We can share what we learned with workshops. (Workshops)
We use many different tools and thanks to the variety of work we do we can create great use cases on how to use them (Sponsorship)
We have many interesting people (many from this community) around us, thus it made sense to create a community for them so we can share the knowledge of our bootstrapped company. (Community)

We are trying to make as many by-products from what we do as we can. It builds many different revenue streams, recuperates the energy, and makes us resilient.
