Pivoting the hook after 1,000 views and 0 organic signups

Built SignalBoard around what I thought was a great idea. 1k views later, 0 signups. Turns out “discover your startup risks” isn't a sexy pitch. Pivoted the content to focus on fast feedback instead. Ready for round two. Want to swap feedback? DM me.

    Hi, I've been looking at the page and I like the idea. Here are some suggestions:

    • In the free plan, in the "Risk Score Breakdown" section, I recommend adding an explanation for each item being scored, as I didn't quite understand what it covered.

    • Once people hit the "Run Full Forecast" button, I don't know if you're mentioning it. Maybe I missed it because I didn't see it, as that's already part of the paid version. I actually filled out everything, and then, as it was loading indefinitely, I realized that was part of the paid version.

    • As for the price, I don't know about the US or European markets; in the Latin American market, it's high, especially if you're in the ideation stage.

    I hope you have success with the idea; it seems good to me, and I hope to access the premium version soon!
