Question: How to promote a product i am building?

Hello indiehackers, i need your help on how to promote a new SAAS.

After 10 days of launching https://invauction.com i have only 33 visitors (wich i am afraid they are bots lol) and 2 returining users in google analytics. i wrote 2 blog posts, but can't drive more users.

knowing that invauction.com is a buyer-centric bidding marketplace (reverse auction) where buyers post requests for products or services, and sellers submit private bids to fulfill those requests, What are the strategies and tactics to drive more traffic to my sites ?

thank you for your help.

"i wrote 2 blog posts, but can't drive more users."

That's SEO/content marketing and it takes months, not a few days.

SEO and Social Media. Both are a long game. You need to work for at least 3 months to see some fruitful results. Prioritize LinkedIn (if B2B), talk in Quora & Reddit. For SEO produce quality content (at least 4 blogs/week) for the keywords that aren't too competitive. You will start getting visitors to your site.

Build out an elaborate content strategy with hub and spoke content.

ONLY after doing keyword research to justify that effort and make sure the juice is worth the squeeze. Find your ideal customer online via their >search intent<

I can help a bit if you ever want my 2 cents. I've got expensive keyword research tools I use in-house anyway.

Get added on all relevant directories. You only have 8 current referring pages.

Get mentioned on social media. Press release to build brand equity and social proof.

PS: Maybe add pics to homepage too. It's very "wall of text" and needs to be engaging to a commercially driven crowd.

Not sure if I'm allowed to share links here. But here it goes:

        Foundational Links Master Database

This is my Foundational Links Database that I use for every client. You will find relevant SaaS links in there. G2, Capterra, Software Advice, etc.

Google needs to get the affiliation, on an off-page SEO level, that you are a software / SaaS and you do this partially via linkbuilding.

Note: Mods, feel free to remove if this is against rules.

You are building quite a specific product. What community or industry were you a part of that gave you your product idea? Launch to, or engage with, that audience.

When you use eBay, what filters do you use?
You don't even start with a hint of geography nor does it seem accessible from the home page.
Get a few people to walk through scenarios, without seeing the page. Take note of the steps they use.
Then get them to talk you through applying those scenarios on purchasing something on eBay, or a service from Fiverr and look at all the features of the sites they use.

Your current page just looks like a zillion template pages, not like a realistic service, so why would anyone take it seriously? If you're trying to test the waters, to see possible demand, you need to have something a lot more usable to start.
