We've recently pushed a refresh of our MVP page. Please provide any constructive feedback:
https://cadrelo.com/
ps. I have no feelings so just be honest
Hey Salih, I went over your page, and recorded a quick feedback video:
https://share.vidyard.com/watch/DvBuVXDJrL2SkUVdMqKzEq?
But here is the text version if your prefer:
Both the preheadline and headline don't really state the benefit.
I'd remove "Better today" which is just empty marketing lingo.
I'd replace the headline with something like:
"Maximize your team productivity with an intuitive collaboration platform"
“Learn more” CTA= Useless, since it just sends the user to the second section. Better to remove distraction an keep the focus on the main CTA (Start for free)
"Start for free " CTA = change the background color, since it's the same as the headline. The CTA should stand out. And should be the second element the user notices after the headline. If you keep it the same color as the headline, it won't stand out. (Same for all other CTAs on the page)
"Next level team work "= Again, it's an empty claim. What does "next level" mean?
Replace with something like:
"Boost your team output, without increasing their working hours"
or
"Make your team accomplish more, in less time"
“Everything that every team needs” = Make it about them:
"Everything that your team needs"
The section with the pizza and video game icons is confusing at first. My reaction was "what does this have to do with team management?".
Then when I read "Make work personal with cadrelo connect" I understood.
I'd place the headline at the beginning of the section, so you make the claim, and then explain how you deliver it. This way you address doubts before they arise.
Seeing the pizza and video game icons without first having context is confusing.
OVERALL FEEDBACK: It's not clear if this platform replaces Asana, Slack, etc, or work along them.
Does it helps me manage projects, align team with company goals, or...?
I assume it works on top of project management tools (Asana, Basecamp) and messaging platforms (Slack). You should bring it up if it integrates with these tools.
Also, I think this is kind of a new solution (Never saw something similar, but I might be wrong).
In this case, you're going to target audiences in the unaware and problem-aware stages. If it's the case, you should have a section (the second ideally) where you do problem shaking, and highlights the pain points your product solves.
Make them feel the pain of the current status of things. Then connect them with your solution. You must do the connections for them. Don't make them think.
Consider a section where you highlight use cases or just the problems you target.
Hey mate it's going to take some time for me to digest all of this. Can I send you a small token of my appreciation :) A virtual coffee or something.
Just while I go through your feedback and video. This is a high level view of the platform - maybe tell me if this is better:
Vision: Transform how orgs create value, how teams achieve outcomes and how people work together.
Mission: Better today.
We have created a platform that supports a goal focused approach, that is critical to the success of modern teams. The platform houses everything, every team needs:
At a high level today: Our platform bridges the gap between complex project management tools and non-specific HR suites with add-on features. It offers a focused feature set that enables every team to work effectively at a high level. Our initial efforts with AI means that Dre provides snackable strategies for individual or team wellness, either dynamically or on a schedule, in its initial version.
At a high level tomorrow: Our platform will leverage AI to boost team productivity and help them achieve their goals. With Dre, our ultimate team lead and co-pilot, every team gets personalized guidance and support. Dre assists with task assignments, goal setting, resource estimation, and team rituals. By taking care of administrative tasks, Dre allows teams to focus on what's important and run smoothly.
Hey Salih,
Just my two cents - if you want to sell your audience on a new belief system (which it seems your trying to do with your vision and mission) you must focus more on selling that belief system to them and less on selling them your solution.
From a brief look at your website, it seems it is more focused on selling your product and this mission is given a small explanation in your "about us".
A good example of this is HubSpot.
In 2008, it's product was an internet marketing solution (arguably it still is) and it sold a new belief system (that it invented) called "inbound marketing" to its target audience of small-to-medium sized businesses.
A huge part of its focus was selling this new belief system to its potential customers - through content, books, guides etc.
(You can find a case study of HubSpot and other companies on my website if you want more info on it - www.thebluntmethod.com).
Of course if this is not your plan and I've misunderstood then feel free to ignore! ;-)
Best
Chris
Hey mate I appreciate that, it is a bit like that to be honest. We're talking about an asynchronous way of working and the world will slowly shift to that but there's already a lot of companies doing that and a lot of thought leaders speaking about it. I think you're spot on about that but with that also comes the problem of what Simon was speaking about above with unaware buyers. It's hard to pinpoint the problem, because the problem is almost like an orientation :) I'll check out your site and am excited to read more about it.
No problem.
Just make sure that your specific belief system is new and different from what others are talking about and that they don't have to buy your solution to implement it (but ensure that it leads back to your uniqueness - yes it's a difficult balance to find!) and you'll find it will grow in popularity and awareness quite quickly.

Okay, now that I see your mission and vision, it's clearer.
So basically it's a workspace platform for remote teams (project management + messaging) and on top of it, it helps remote teams stay aligned with goals and engaged with the company (Review calls, monthly feedback, etc.).
If that's the case, it's a new solution. But not that new. Because there are platforms that focus only on team engagement and goal alignment.
If what I said so far it's true, what I would do is:
Lead with the problem you solve (I work as COO of a remote team, and I do know it's not easy to keep the team engaged and aligned)
Connect to the solution.
Compare your solution to alternatives. So say that you have what Asana (for ie) has, + what Slack has + all your HR and team management features that make your product unique. Humans think in comparisons, and this will be the easiest way to transfer your message imo.
PS: Can apply this to all your marketing, not just the landing page.
Thank Simon appreciate all the feedback mate. Again serious can I send you a virtual beer. Your feedback has been really helpful!
