Hey Salih, I went over your page, and recorded a quick feedback video:
    https://share.vidyard.com/watch/DvBuVXDJrL2SkUVdMqKzEq?

But here is the text version if your prefer:

    • First impression: The UVP and outcome you promise are not clear from the headline and hero image.

Both the preheadline and headline don't really state the benefit.

I'd remove "Better today" which is just empty marketing lingo.

I'd replace the headline with something like:

"Maximize your team productivity with an intuitive collaboration platform"

“Learn more” CTA= Useless, since it just sends the user to the second section. Better to remove distraction an keep the focus on the main CTA (Start for free)

"Start for free " CTA = change the background color, since it's the same as the headline. The CTA should stand out. And should be the second element the user notices after the headline. If you keep it the same color as the headline, it won't stand out. (Same for all other CTAs on the page)

"Next level team work "= Again, it's an empty claim. What does "next level" mean?

    Replace with something like:

"Boost your team output, without increasing their working hours"
    or
"Make your team accomplish more, in less time"

“Everything that every team needs” = Make it about them:

    "Everything that your team needs"

The section with the pizza and video game icons is confusing at first. My reaction was "what does this have to do with team management?".

Then when I read "Make work personal with cadrelo connect" I understood.

I'd place the headline at the beginning of the section, so you make the claim, and then explain how you deliver it. This way you address doubts before they arise.

Seeing the pizza and video game icons without first having context is confusing.

OVERALL FEEDBACK: It's not clear if this platform replaces Asana, Slack, etc, or work along them.

Does it helps me manage projects, align team with company goals, or...?

I assume it works on top of project management tools (Asana, Basecamp) and messaging platforms (Slack). You should bring it up if it integrates with these tools.

Also, I think this is kind of a new solution (Never saw something similar, but I might be wrong).

In this case, you're going to target audiences in the unaware and problem-aware stages. If it's the case, you should have a section (the second ideally) where you do problem shaking, and highlights the pain points your product solves.

Make them feel the pain of the current status of things. Then connect them with your solution. You must do the connections for them. Don't make them think.

Consider a section where you highlight use cases or just the problems you target.

Hey mate it's going to take some time for me to digest all of this. Can I send you a small token of my appreciation :) A virtual coffee or something.

Just while I go through your feedback and video. This is a high level view of the platform - maybe tell me if this is better:

Vision: Transform how orgs create value, how teams achieve outcomes and how people work together.

      Mission: Better today.

We have created a platform that supports a goal focused approach, that is critical to the success of modern teams. The platform houses everything, every team needs:

      • Ability to set goals that can scale across the whole company, are easily accessible and everyone can contribute to.
      • An intuitive approach to co-create trackable tasks where teams can plan ahead or pivot as different requirements organically emerge.
      • A way for individuals to set their focus, stay in sync with their team, and for organisations to seamlessly understand where everyone is placing their efforts.
      • An AI virtual team member that helps showcase similarities, sparks conversations, hosts social experiences and makes work feel human.

At a high level today: Our platform bridges the gap between complex project management tools and non-specific HR suites with add-on features. It offers a focused feature set that enables every team to work effectively at a high level. Our initial efforts with AI means that Dre provides snackable strategies for individual or team wellness, either dynamically or on a schedule, in its initial version.

At a high level tomorrow: Our platform will leverage AI to boost team productivity and help them achieve their goals. With Dre, our ultimate team lead and co-pilot, every team gets personalized guidance and support. Dre assists with task assignments, goal setting, resource estimation, and team rituals. By taking care of administrative tasks, Dre allows teams to focus on what's important and run smoothly.

        Hey Salih,

Just my two cents - if you want to sell your audience on a new belief system (which it seems your trying to do with your vision and mission) you must focus more on selling that belief system to them and less on selling them your solution.

From a brief look at your website, it seems it is more focused on selling your product and this mission is given a small explanation in your "about us".

A good example of this is HubSpot.

In 2008, it's product was an internet marketing solution (arguably it still is) and it sold a new belief system (that it invented) called "inbound marketing" to its target audience of small-to-medium sized businesses.

A huge part of its focus was selling this new belief system to its potential customers - through content, books, guides etc.

(You can find a case study of HubSpot and other companies on my website if you want more info on it - www.thebluntmethod.com).

Of course if this is not your plan and I've misunderstood then feel free to ignore! ;-)

        Best

        Chris

Hey mate I appreciate that, it is a bit like that to be honest. We're talking about an asynchronous way of working and the world will slowly shift to that but there's already a lot of companies doing that and a lot of thought leaders speaking about it. I think you're spot on about that but with that also comes the problem of what Simon was speaking about above with unaware buyers. It's hard to pinpoint the problem, because the problem is almost like an orientation :) I'll check out your site and am excited to read more about it.

          1. 2

            No problem.

Just make sure that your specific belief system is new and different from what others are talking about and that they don't have to buy your solution to implement it (but ensure that it leads back to your uniqueness - yes it's a difficult balance to find!) and you'll find it will grow in popularity and awareness quite quickly.

            Best

            Chris

          2. 2

Okay, now that I see your mission and vision, it's clearer.

So basically it's a workspace platform for remote teams (project management + messaging) and on top of it, it helps remote teams stay aligned with goals and engaged with the company (Review calls, monthly feedback, etc.).

If that's the case, it's a new solution. But not that new. Because there are platforms that focus only on team engagement and goal alignment.

If what I said so far it's true, what I would do is:

            • Lead with the problem you solve (I work as COO of a remote team, and I do know it's not easy to keep the team engaged and aligned)

            • Connect to the solution.

            • Compare your solution to alternatives. So say that you have what Asana (for ie) has, + what Slack has + all your HR and team management features that make your product unique. Humans think in comparisons, and this will be the easiest way to transfer your message imo.

            1. 2

PS: Can apply this to all your marketing, not just the landing page.

              1. 1

Thank Simon appreciate all the feedback mate. Again serious can I send you a virtual beer. Your feedback has been really helpful!

  2. 1

Thank you everyone, I've taken all the feedback and had it summarised into these key points below. I've already started working on some of these and thinking of engaging ways to inform users. Again thank you all for taking the time and leaving feedback.

    1. Clear Value Proposition:

      • Ensure the UVP and promised outcomes are evident from the headline and hero image.
      • Make the headline concise and benefit-oriented, such as "Maximize Team Productivity with Intuitive Collaboration."
    2. Eliminate Marketing Lingo:

      • Remove vague or empty marketing phrases like "Better today" for direct messaging.
    3. Optimize CTAs:

      • Replace vague CTAs like "Learn more" with focused ones like "Start for free."
      • Ensure CTAs stand out with contrasting background colors for visibility.
    4. Define Claims and Benefits:

      • Replace vague claims like "Next level team work" with clear statements like "Boost team output without longer hours."
      • Highlight the benefits users will experience, such as "Make your team accomplish more in less time."
    5. Personalization:

      • Tailor phrases like "Everything that every team needs" to "Everything that your team needs."
    6. Visual Context:

      • Add descriptive text to images that change, offering context and reinforcing related text.
    7. Mission Clarity:

      • Lead with the problem you solve, such as keeping remote teams engaged and aligned.
      • Clearly communicate that your platform is a workspace solution for remote teams with goal alignment.
    8. Comparison and Unique Features:

      • Compare your product to familiar alternatives like Asana and Slack, highlighting your unique features and value-add.
      • Clearly state if your platform replaces or works alongside existing tools.
    9. Problem Awareness:

      • Address the pain points your product solves, especially for unaware and problem-aware audiences.
      • Consider a section that highlights use cases or specific problems your product targets.
    10. Video Showcase:

      • Add a short video section to visually showcase the strengths and simplicity of your platform.
      • Use imagery and visuals to help users understand the product better than text alone.

    Hey Salih,

Went over the page, looks really great!

Here are a few comments from what stood out to me:

    • As simon27 mentioned, the headline and preheadline could convey better what the product is about. I understood better from the postheadline in the hero what the product is but it is not entirely clear just from the headlines.
    • Also as simon27 mentioned, perhaps consider changing the "Start free" CTA button background color to pop out more as it does in the navbar. This also applies to the "Get started with Cadrelo today" section with the "Get started" CTA button and CTAs on other pages.
    • Under the "Next level team work unlocked" section with the images changing on the right hand side - consider changing the 2nd image to also have some text that showcases what the text to the left is talking about. I, and I assume other casual visitors too, first skim quickly through the page and mostly read large texts and look at images. The other images have text that helps give context and I felt it was missing in the second image. The last image could perhaps also use some context text inside like "team/share interests" or something.
    • In the "Make work personal with cadrelo connect" section, the preheading "Who are the humans working here?" confused me at first as I was thinking it was talking about "who are the humans behind cadrelo" - perhaps rephrase to emphasize "your team" in some way - "who are the people in your team?" / "get to know your team personally" or something along those lines.
    • Consider adding a short video section where you showcase the strengths and simplicity of the platform - I think it may help interested people that want to see more before taking any actions to test themselves. The image of the app under the "Everything that your team needs" section really does help in showing what to expect and helps (or at least helps me) better understand the product than what text would.

All in all looks really awesome! Very nice and visually engaging!

      "a cadre of professional managers"
