Hey guys,
We're building a new live chat widget tool. Our goal is to allows saas and e-commerce to bring the best of offline sales online, mainly by :
- adding audio chat in addition to text chat.
- allowing sales reps to generate one-time coupons and offer directly from chat.
- allowing users to rate sales reps.
- Indicating users that sales reps need to focus on and allowing heads-up messages.
The tool is still in beta, and we want to learn a bit more about your needs.

You should probably mention the form is not to provide feedback but to get info on people who are actually in the ecommerce space. I was confused when I went to your form to fill it out, only to find out it's not really a feedback form.
Asides from that, I am curious how you validated this idea and what the responses were like.
Interesting product angle. Will the multiple channels negatively impact page load times?
Also, there's a tiny typo on your homepage: "We built Sappien to offfer online salespeople" (offer)
