I'm prob. going to be the odd one out here. But if someone only wants me to tell my story about what I do for others in four words... it means they are self-important. Our current elevator pitch is "We are a creative brand agency for entrepreneurs, challenger brands & agents of change. We simplify, humanise & connect the next generation of consumer-facing brands for the modern world." 👋
*Twitter feed... ok I went back and took a look at David's post on twitter. He's right in saying that you shouldn't ramble on. Firstly, "Great founders know how to be crisp. This matters for marketing even more than fundraising." and Secondly, "the world does not owe you its attention. It’s up to you to convey info in a clear concise manner so people care. Do not blame the audience if they don’t. Work harder to be clear."
In my opinion "brand agency for entrepreneurs" is enough or even better, the rest of the words don't really add much. If the person is interested they can read/listen to the more descriptive paragraph I guess.
Cool. Thanks Cristian.
