SF Weekly Meetup to Hack

As a solo founder with a full-time tech job — I sometimes get home after a long day and find I have trouble getting started on my projects. I’ve always been more motivated to work/build when I’m surrounded by other determined individuals — perhaps that synergistic environment engages me and gets me locked in to the tasks at hand.

Since so many of us are in SF, I’d love to arrange a weekly meet-up where we block out 3 hours to dedicate to working.

The first 30 minutes is dedicated to updates of projects. It’s a 5-minute powerpoint presentation on:

• What you’re working on.
• What you accomplished last week.
• What challenges you ran into.
• What you plan on accomplishing this week.

And the next 2 and a half hours is dedicated to hacking. It could happily go later depending on various factors.

I’ll host at my place on Wednesday @ 6pm.

I have a 1GB connection, and although the space isn’t the biggest, it’s quite accessible by bus/bike.

I’d like to limit the group to 6 people for now.
