Should I launch a new site or upgrade existing one?

Hi everyone,

I need your feedback/suggestion.

I have a decently popular online photo watermarking app https://www.watermark.ink Now-a-days I am getting huge organic traffic but bounce rate is also high. Not many users are returning so I spoke to few users and many complaine

I wouldn't get a new domain. Maybe put the new site on a sub domain like beta.watermark.ink. when visitors go to the main site site a banner to show you have a new version they can try and it links to the subdomain. From the subdomain have another link that gi bra then the option to back to the old.

Once you have enough feedback and the new version has had a positive reaction you can then point the original domain to the new version.

Remember though you can't please everyone if the majority of people prefer the new version but a minority prefer the old you don't want to keep to versions maintained just to attempt to please everyone was that's not really practical long term.

Thank you, I will evaluate your suggestion of sub domain.I am primarily concerned about confusion user may face with two UIs on the same site. Having a beta subdomain and take the feedback sounds good.I will evaluate it.

      Appreciate your feedback.
