Hi, indie hackers! I am glad to join and start building publicly. My launch is at February 1st.
I am Paul, a software developer from Moscow, Russia.
Yesterday I've come up with a pre-beta landing page for my product, which I plan to launch in a week. It's a simple and robust customer support tool, for Telegram. Please kindly check out:

And tell me what you think! Thanks in advance!

What's the point of AI generated comments?
Why can't your target customers always find your product? - Experience sharing
Why I’m building an AI marketplace instead of another SaaS

Looking for a few engineers to help test a lightweight PR review tool
Do you have any pictures/demos of the actual product? I'm not exactly sure what your product does after reading the website.
Does it allow the customer to send messages from your website to telegram?
Thank you, good point! I need to make these.
Why is it important to send from website, as you ask?
Basically one needs to install telegram to start messaging. Is it a blocker?
I think it’s not a blocker for businesses that already rely on Telegram. As I understand it, Telegram is big in Russia, so you might see more of these businesses than people outside of Russia do. I’ve also seen a lot of blockchain companies run support through Telegram.
That said, you may want to define your niche audience, because people and businesses that fall outside that niche will be confused. I would think a customer support tool is one like Intercom, but you are building a different type of tool for a different audience. It’s ok to put that front and center on your marketing page.

I think you have a lot of work to do on the website because it doesn't tell much about the product. Good luck!
Best of luck with the launch @softwartist
