  1. Write down the feature
  2. Ask, “so what?” to find the benefit
  3. Contrast the old way with your new way

      Cheers. Such a high leverage skill. For example imagne taking conversion from 2% to 4% just from improving landing page copy. Much easier than doubling traffic!

      I think, “80% of features you build are never used” is a great line (and probably better than your title. get's more attention.
