Simplified signup flow... next steps?

April of 2021 I posted here asking for advice on how to get teams to create profiles (which are 100% free) on my project Good Remote Jobs.

The feedback helped me see that I needed to make it quicker and easier for teams to create profiles.

Fast forward 16 months, I've finally shipped a simplified signup flow (plus an overhauled design and completely different backend, sigh).

All of the teams currently on the site are ones I've manually added.

Question: Should I add more teams manually before trying to get teams to add themselves, or go ahead and start reaching out to teams again?

Any other feedback or suggestions?

Grateful for insight 🙏

Yes, add manually for now. Job boards that are empty aren't appealing, so the more you have on there, the better and more likely people will add their info in the future.

But more important than that, you should be building a presence by blogging or something similar because what people who use the service actually want is to know that your site is popular and that their information will get eyeballs.

      Helpful insight. Thank you, @MrJustinF!
