Social media as an introvert

I understand. I stopped using social media for almost an year now! It feels great! But I have an IG page to promote my side project.

How do I do that?

I use trello as a reminder to engage on IG each day.
Each time I log into IG I set a timer for about 2 hours in total

During these 2 hours I post stuff and engage with my audience.I don't do it in one sitting, but split the 2 hours throughout the day and I use trello to track it.

When I am inside IG (ohh here comes the tough part!) I make sure that I don't get distracted. I go by strict rules-No checking other accounts, no engaging with stupid and irrelevant comments, Don't go anywhere near Explorer page, Notifications turned off etc.

I use social media not because I like it but it's a necessity - to become RICH.

Don't care about others. You are on a secret mission to make money while they are wasting their time.

Keep yourself accountable. It's definitely not going to be easy, but trust me, if you can develop the mental strength you are gonna go places.

I'm not sure it's a necessity to be honest. It's crowded like crazy, and of little value. I could be wrong of course, I don't like social media that much either ;)

people spend a lot of time on their phones and more than 50% of that time is spent on social media. So if you want to get to your customers, you have to get on social media.

Word of mouth and other forms of marketing still exist but social media is relatively cheap.
