November Goals

• Set up a plan to turn Announcr into a SaaS business, and remove the current restriction of needing a physical location, thus supporting online businesses as well.
• Launch lead capture site with streamlined messaging.

This weekend I got some queries built to support organization-based notifications, BUT I am having a little trouble decoupling from the UI. I put so much work into the UI that it hurts to disable so much haha. However it's probably only temporary.

This week I will need to focus on redesigning the basic app UI structure without murdering the location-based stuff.

Today, I finished up a major new Alexa skill for the day job finally. Well, one of those "it's going to be released now, no matter what" kind of finishes anyway. With the hour and a half or so I have left, going to setup a new basic UI framework.

• Disseminated new Logo to all Social Networks
• Launched new grouping algorithm

TODAY:

• Rest and go to the movies

Set up a sprint cadence

1. Have scheduled interview calls with my target audience and have a solid understanding of their biggest problems.
2. Worked on my Jira issues in the morning but rested most of the day.
3. I have been engaging with my target audience through different platforms.

• focus on getting more work for money (finish toptal coding test, working on existing client work)
• talk to people about https://storycreatorapp.com/ thats what I am doing now. Try and setup user interviews DM 20 people on Instagram, and Linkedin
